Eric HAIDONG ZHANG is the founder and actual controller of ZHD HOLDINGS, LLC. Eric HAIDONG ZHANG was born in Shanghai, China. He went to Hong Kong, China at the age of 14. He studied in a middle school in Hong Kong and a university in the United States. He is now a permanent resident of the United States. During his college years, Eric founded three high-tech companies, namely "Hot Generation Speed" specializing in providing advertising platforms for F1 teams, "RFID Application Company" specializing in RFID applications for ports and terminals, and "FIRSTBPM" was rated by Gartner as the world's most flexible and easy-to-use BPM (Business Process Management) software. The first two high-tech companies were successfully sold to China's TOP Group, and Hong Kong HIT Company (Hong Kong International Container Terminals Company) helped these companies continuously improve business growth and modern high-tech transformation. Eric also founded First Pacific Technology (Group) Co., Ltd. in Hong Kong and Shanghai, China, which is a company specializing in the application of artificial intelligence ports and terminals. Shareholders include China Container Group Co., Ltd., China Merchants Group, etc. It has achieved outstanding success through 7 years of operation and has continuously improved its market share and market influence in this track. In the process of starting a business, Eric not only continuously improved his own company, but also continuously helped entrepreneurs in different fields to succeed. These companies include China's DoBe Group (stock code: 300947), Focus Media (stock code: 002027), Shanda Technology (NASDAQ: SDA), Dianping (Meituan Dianping), etc. Eric is a caring leader with a sense of social responsibility. He also founded the First Pacific Charity Foundation to help people in need in the world, including supporting children from poor families to go to school and poor women to see doctors. These are the routine work contents of this charity foundation, helping these poor people get rid of poverty and have a new life and a better future. Eric also likes to communicate and exchange with entrepreneurs from different industries.
